Purpose and Scope of the Clarification Text<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Luna Elektrik Elektronik San. Ve Tic. A.\u015e. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cLuna\u201d or \u201cCompany\u201d), we take provisions to secure of your personal data regarding Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cLaw\u201d). We process your personal data with the title of \u201cData Controller\u201d within the limits set forth by the Law and the methods and legal Basisbasis specified in this Clarification Text.<\/p>\n

This Clarification Text prepared regarding the Paragraph titled \u201cData Controller\u2019s Obligation to Notice\u201d in Article 10 of the Law, in order to clearly inform you about: identity of the Data Controller, methods and legal Basisbasis for collecting your personal data, purposes of processing, purposes and whom its transferring, time limits on processing and your rights under Article 11 of the Law. The information given in the Clarification Text for \u201cpersonal data\u201d also applies for \u201cspecial categories of personal data\u201d.<\/p>\n

Your personal data will be collected along your relation with the Company and stored both digitally and physically.<\/p>\n

Your personal data will be processed and transferred within the purposes specified in the part below titled \u201cProcessed Personal Data and Legal Basis\u201d regarding the limits of Paragraph 2\/e-f of the Article 5 and explicit consent term regarding Paragraph 1 of the Article.<\/p>\n
