REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698
Purpose and Scope of the Clarification Text
As Luna Elektrik Elektronik San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Luna” or “Company”), we take provisions to secure of your personal data regarding Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). We process your personal data with the title of “Data Controller” within the limits set forth by the Law and the methods and legal Basisbasis specified in this Clarification Text.
This Clarification Text prepared regarding the Paragraph titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Notice” in Article 10 of the Law, in order to clearly inform you about: identity of the Data Controller, methods and legal Basisbasis for collecting your personal data, purposes of processing, purposes and whom its transferring, time limits on processing and your rights under Article 11 of the Law. The information given in the Clarification Text for “personal data” also applies for “special categories of personal data”.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal BasisBasis
Your personal data will be collected automatically or non-automatically, verbal, written or electronically by the related department, camera recordings for the continuity of the Company activities and more. Your personal data will be collected along your relation with the Company and stored both digitally and physically.
Your personal data will be processed and transferred within the purposes specified in the part below titled “Processed Personal Data and Legal Basis” regarding the limits of Paragraph 2/e-f of the Article 5 and explicit consent term regarding Paragraph 1 of the Article.

Your Personal Data will be processed securely in accordance with the Law in order to provide a more appropriate service in accordance with legal obligations or in company business and transactions.

Transferring Personal Data
By ensuring that all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the appropriate level of security in accordance with the Law, your Personal Data can be transferred in accordance with the purposes stated above;
- Authorized public institutions and organizations permitted by the provisions of other relevant legislation,
- Lawyers or attorney partnerships for the purpose of following their legal affairs,
- To the domestic organizations that we contractually receive and/or provide services to and cooperate with to conduct our activities,
within this framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the Law.
Time Limits for Data Processing and Storing
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the data processing and timeout periods within the scope of the legal legislation to which our company is subject limited to the purposes specified in the Notice. In case of amendment regarding the legislation regarding the data processing periods, the new determined periods will be taken as basis.
As a result of being limited within the purposes specified, your personal data is processed for a limited period of time that requires the fulfillment of the purposes described in this Notice and in accordance with the legal periods, company practices and commercial practices, and after the expiry of the periods, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. If you want to get detailed information about the storage process of your personal data, you can contact us via the addresses in the rights section of the person concerned.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it will be kept during the pandemic in order to protect the health of our employees and visitors; With the end of the pandemic, this data will be destroyed.
Rights of the Data Subjects
Data owners’ rights has been regulated under the Article 11 of the Law. You can demand your rights by a written application to the address at “10001 SOKAK NO:9 A.O.S.B. ÇİĞLİ/İZMİR” or by sending an e-mail to lunaelektrik@hs01.kep.tr according to “Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller”.
