In the clarification text hereby, as Luna Elektrik Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), the principles of personal data processing progress stated below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and related regulations. We process your personal with the title of “Data Controller” located in 10001 Sokak No:9 A.O.S.B. Çiğli/İzmir as defined in the Law and within the limits set forth by the legislation.

The Company finalizes your requests as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In case the requested transaction requires a cost, a fee may be charged to you. The Company may accept and process the request or reject the request in writing by explaining the reason.
In case the request is refused, the response is found insufficient or the request is not responded within the specified time period, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within thirty days as of he or she learns about the response of the data controller, or within sixty days as of the request date, in any case. However, a complaint shall not be lodged without exhausting the remedy of the request to the data controller.
